Uncle Alan's Favorite Casserole 

1 pound ground beef

1 tsp salt

3 stripes of bacon cut in one inch pieces

1 can tomatoe soup

2 tsp chile powder

1/4 cuup diced bell pepper

1/2 cup grated sharp chedder

1 - 12 oz can of corn

1/4 cuup diced onion

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup water/1 - 12 oz flat noodles

 

Mix soup, water and chile powder in separate bowl.

 

Brown meat, onion and add salt and pepper. Cook noodles and drain well. 

 

Take meat, noodle, cheese, green pepper and corn...layer down in casserole dish...adding a little soup mixture uptop. Repeat this process till all ingredients are used up. Save a fair amount of the soup mixture for the finale top.....then add a little cheese. Bake at 350f for 30 minutes

 

Hint:

Use tobassco sauce once served on dish.

Recipe doubles easily.....we do all the time.
