The Best Shrimp Salad:

I whole ice berg lettuce, torn

I canned shrimp ...NOT fresh !

1/2 cup Best Food mayonnaise

I thinly sliced cucumber

5 thinly sliced red radish

I tomato, cut into 1/2 inch chunks

4 scallion, cut to one inch pieces

1/2 of red bell pepper

 

In a large bowl, add all of the above. Make sure to use the juice of the canned shrimp. Toss real good. Place into refrigerator for a exactly one hour, no more...no less.

 

Note:

I posted a picture of canned shrimp to emphasize the use of canned shrimp. Use the juice. Don't change this recipe.....and you will agree that it is super duper stuff!
