Spanish Zucchinni

5 -6 medium zucchinni, thin sliced

1 medium onion, thin sliced

1 clove of garlic, fine chopped

8 ounce tomatoe sauce

1/4 tsp chile powder

Dash of black pepper

 

Put a little bacon fat in a large skillet. All all of the above ingredients, mix well. Cover and cook over low heat til tender.

Do not over cook this.
