Porcupine Meat Balls 

1 lb. hamburger

1/2 C instant rice (twice) and again 1/2 C instant rice

1/2 cup onion chopped very finely

1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t ground black pepper

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup 

4 T Worcestershire sauce

4 T Olive oil

 

Heat oven to 350f. Mix hamburger, rice, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Shape mixture into balls and brown in skillet with olve oil. Mix remaining ingredients; soup, rice, whorchestershire and pour over meatballs. Cover with lid and bake for 45 minutes .

 

Hint:

This can be cook as well on the stove top at low temperture.
