Use this pie crust recipe here

 

6 cups thinly sliced fresh or frozen pluots

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup water or apple juice

4 T cornstarch

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 dash of salt

4 T butter

 

Bring pluot, sugar, cinnamon, salt to light boil. Add cornstarch (deluted in 1/8 cup of cold water). Bring to thinckness like honey. Stir in butter. Add to pie pastry.

Cook at 375f for 40 minutes or until brown.

 

Hint:

Cut 5 - 3 inch slices into top pastry to allow moister to escape.
