Peach Pie Supreme

Use the pie crust recipe here


4 cups peaches, sliced

4 tbsp flour

Salt, dash

I cup cream

4 drops vanilla


Arrange peaches in pastry lined dish. Mix sugar, flour, salt. Stir in cream and vanilla. Pour over peaches. Bake in 400f for 50 – 60 minutes.


Note: If the peaches are very juicy, use only ¾ cup of cream.
