32- ounce can tomato paste

44- ounce water

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1/8 teaspoon Stevia

I teaspoon salt

1 1/2  teaspoon clove powder

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon Xanthan (stir rapidly ... slowly add!)

Heat mixture till hot. Let it cure in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

About 6 carbs per 1/4 cup
