Lincoln Mashed Potatoes

Instant potatoes
8 oz Cream cheese
2 tbsp dried onion flakes or 1 tbsp onion powder
Follow the recipe on the box. While boiling the water/milk....add the cream cheese to melt. Add onion at the same time. Place in Perex dish. Bake at 350f til top is lightly brown.
Note:
You may think instant potatoes are the worst, they are! Try this recipe and it becomes better than freshly made.
