  Glazed Pork Chops

4 thick pork chops

1/4 cup cactus flower jelly

olive oil

Here’s how to make them:

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and brown them on both sides. Remove to a baking dish.

Bake the pork chops in a preheated 400-degree F oven until cooked through, about 15-25 minutes depending on thickness, basting often with the jelly.
