Sour Dough bread. pre-sliced

1 cup whole milk

3 large eggs

2 Tbsp honey, warmed slightly

1 Tbsp orange-flavored liqueur

1 tsp freshly grated orange zest

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3-4 Tablespoons butter

 

In a shallow pie dish, beat eggs til blended well. Add honey, OJ, zest and the cinnamon. Beat real well. Place ample amount of butter into meduim heated pan. Dip the bread into the egg mixture dish on both sides and then brown on both sides in the skillet.
