Beef Stroganoff

2 lb. beef top round or shell steak

Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

4 Tbs. olive oil

2 cup mushrooms

1/2  cup finely chopped yellow onion

1/4 cup flour

1 clove garlic

! can tomatoe soup

1 tbsp Whorcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp Tobassco sauce

1 cup full-fat sour cream

1 12-oz. package wide egg noodles


Sliced meat1/4 inch thick, slices cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces. dredge meat into flour with salt and pepper. In a heavy pot, brown meat and then add onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook til tender, then add tomatoe sauce, Whorcestershire sauce and Tobassco sauce. Cook on high until steaming occures, then simmer and continue cooking for 45 minutes. Stir often. Add sour cream last. Serve on noodle. Use Ramona cheese.
