Aunt Gail's Salad

2 - 3 oz packages of cream cheese

2 tbsp mayonaise

2 tbsp pineapple juice

1 cup heavy whipping cream

24 marshmallons cut into bite size

2 cup red grape cut in halfs

2 &1/2 cup pineapple chunk

 

Cream the first three ingredients. Add whipping cream and beat til a spoon will stand up in it. Add the other items and stir in by hand. Let sit for 6 hours in refrigerator before serving.

 

Hint:

Have cream cheese at room temperature.

Double recipe first time....you will not regret it.

Dont use cheap or bite size marshmallons
